This page illustrates a selection of Customer Information & Other Facilities that may be provided at the stations along the Shakespeare Line. However, not every station along the line is equipped with all the facilities detailed here. The aim of this new web feature is to give customers a flavour of what they should look out for.

The line has a mix of stations ranging from the busy city/town stations serving several train routes, to outer suburban stations and un-manned rural stations so facilities vary from station to station. Much depends upon what funding allows and hence the progress in installing additional modern facilities.

Although not illustrated here, some stations are equipped with automated public address facilities giving train announcements. This may be in conjunction with information screens or "stand alone".
