The voluntary Shakespeare Line Promotion Group is dedicated to encouraging the use and building the quality of the rail route between Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon. The Group promotes the Line's benefits to residents and visitors, together with monitoring operational standards and the condition of trains and stations. By liaising closely with Government, Councils, Regulatory Authorities and Train Operating Companies, the Group is actively working towards developing further The Shakespeare Line as a major transport asset for the Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire areas.
